Vectored Approach, LLC ("Vectored Approach", "we", "us") provides flight training, aircraft maintenance, aircraft management and aircraft sales representation from Austin and Spicewood, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or use our website and inquiry forms, and how we use it.
We collect the information you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the details of your inquiry, your answers to our service questionnaires (for example, your flying experience, aircraft and training goals), and the content of messages and calls you exchange with us. When you call or text us, our telephone system records your number, the time of the call or message and, where you leave one, your voicemail. Our website hosting provider may collect standard technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, determine how we can best assist you, prepare the program or service information you request, schedule and remind you of appointments, provide the services you engage us for, and keep records required to operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under obligations to protect it: the providers that host our website and inquiry system, deliver our email, telephone calls and text messages, and supply the software we use to manage inquiries, including artificial-intelligence tools that help us review inquiries and prepare responses. We may also disclose information when required by law.
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Vectored Approach uses that number only to communicate with you about your inquiry, the services you requested and your scheduled appointments.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our telephone provider, solely to provide the service.

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
You may ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@flyvectoredapproach.com or calling (512) 200-2086. You may unsubscribe from text messages by replying STOP.
We may update this policy and will post the revised version on this page with its effective date.
